Orders:
All orders are processed upon receipt. Shipping time is contingent upon availability
of merchandise. Green light by article means "on stock". Red light means
"out of stock" in this case ask for availability by e-mail info@foto-tip.pl
. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders are
shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If there is a problem
with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business.
Payment Method:
We ship international orders after wire transfer to one of our bank accounts.
We have accounts in Poland and in Germany. For Euro currency payments please use account in Germany. Please always pay in EURO currency, not USD (even if order is in USD) to avoid exchange currency

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via Post, unless customer will choose another method
of shipping.
Delivery time depends on country and can take about 5-7 days. Outside of European Union delivery can
be lenghtened out because of Customs procedures.
We are not responsible for any Customs fees in country of destination. There is no additional VAT or any other customs fees inside European Union.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Shipping cost is 4,75 EUR as post airparcel (insured up to 25EUR) or 16,25 EUR as courier parcel.
Return Policy:
During the first 10 days after your purchase, You can return the merchandise requesting a full money refund (excluding the shipping) or exchange. Provided that the item
has not been marred, mishandled or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person.
All returns must include original undamaged packaging, instructions etc.
We do not accept returns of underwater equipment once taken underwater, unless
they are shown to be defective in manufacture.
